The software

dubby is provided as-is. You run it on your own hardware and are responsible for how you use it, including compliance with any applicable local laws regarding media storage and playback. We build the tool — what you do with it is up to you.

The website

Standard acceptable use applies. Don't abuse the email signup, don't scrape the site, don't use it for anything illegal. Basically: be reasonable.

Intellectual property

The dubby name, branding, and source code belong to us. Your media library belongs to you. We make no claims over content you manage with dubby.

Limitation of liability

dubby is provided without warranty of any kind. We're not liable for data loss, playback issues, or any damages arising from use of the software or this website. You use dubby at your own risk.

Changes

We may update these terms as dubby evolves. Changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
